Toyohisa Utagawa (birth and death unknown) is an ukiyo-e artist from the Edo period.
Utagawa Toyoharu's master. It is called Umekatei in honor of Utagawa's painting surname. A person from Edo lives in Sakai-cho (currently Nihonbashi Ningyocho 3-chome). The drawing period was from Kyowa to the time of culture, and it is said that he drew many lantern paintings assembled during the time of culture. Some of his works are known as Nishiki-e and Nikuhitsuga.
