Shigetsugu Utagawa (birth and death unknown) is an ukiyo-e artist from the Edo period.
The second generation Hiroshige Utagawa's master. The real surname is called Ichishosai, which refers to the painting surnames of Oya and Utagawa. The drawing period was from Ansei to Genji, leaving Nishiki-e and Nikuhitsuga. When he stayed in Kofu with Hiroshige II, he drew the hand-painted folding screen "Asahina and Takarakoju". "Ukiyo-e Shiden" is said to be a student of the first Hiroshige Utagawa.
