Yoshitoshi Tsukioka (Yoshitoshi Tsukioka, April 30, 1839 (March 17, 1839) -June 9, 1892 (Meiji 25)) was an ukiyo-e artist who was active from the end of the Edo period to the middle of the Meiji era. His surname is Yoshioka, and later Tsukioka. His real name is Yonejiro. The paintings are Yoshitoshi Ikkaisai, Kaisai, Gyokuourou, Sokatei, Shiei, and Finally, Yoshitoshi Oso was used.
Kawanabe Kyosai, Yoshiiku Ochiai, Yoshifuji Utagawa and others were brothers and disciples who studied under Kuniyoshi Utagawa, and Yoshiiku Ochiai was a rival who also competed. In addition, many ukiyo-e artists, Japanese painters and other painters are listed in Yoshitoshi's or his painting system (see below).
