Tsuchiya Koitsu (Tsuchiya Koitsu, August 28, 1870
A student of Kiyochika Kobayashi. Born in the 3rd year of the Meiji Era as the second son of Kumajiro Tsuchiya and Yasushi, a farmer in Mishima-cho, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Some names are Koichi or Koichi, but according to the bereaved family, Sahira is correct, and it is speculated that these names were given as common names after the introduction. Koitsu is an issue given by Kiyochika, and there are others such as Mao and Kiyoho. In 1884, he moved to Tokyo at the age of 14 and entered a temple, but he realized that the chief priest was not suitable for a priest and became a disciple of a stamp shop called Hideaki Matsuzaki. However, Tsuchiya was anxious to become a painter, and was introduced to Kinsho Nagai, who had been in and out of there, and started his career with Kiyochika at the age of 16 in 1886.
