Shunkousai Hokushu (birth and death unknown) is an ukiyo-e artist from Osaka during the Edo period.

It is said that he was a student of Hanbei Shokosai and later entered Katsushika Hokusai. Popular name Jibei. His first name was Haruyoshi, and later he was called Haruyoshisai and Yukikatei. I lived in Sawaragi-cho, Osaka, Ishiyabashi Higashizume. At first, he was active as a Hanbeimon, but in the first year of Bunsei (1818), he changed his name to Shounkosai Hokushu and used the "Yoshinoyama" mark used by Hokusai. In addition, Hokusai's painting model "Hokusai Painting Ceremony" published in the following Bunsei 2nd year has the name "Yukikatei Hokushu" as "Setsuyo Naniwa School Alumni", and it is said that the Hokusai style can be seen in the subsequent painting styles. However, it is uncertain whether Hokusai actually received painting instruction from Hokusai.
