Nobuharu Nishikawa (birth and death unknown) is an ukiyo-e artist from Osaka during the Edo period.

Master / background unknown. From the 2nd year of Tenpo (1831) to the following year, it is only known that he drew illustrations for haiku and actors in Osaka.
