Katsushika Hokumasa (Katsushika Hokuga, birth and death unknown) is an ukiyo-e artist from the Edo period.
A master of Fusanobu Tomikawa and Hokusai Katsushika. His real surname is Yamadera, his first name is Myonosuke, and later Nobuyuki. Named Katsushika's family name, he lives in Ushigome Takubo in Edo. At first, he learned painting about Fusanobu Tomikawa and called him the second generation Fusanobu Tomikawa. The drawing period is from culture to Tenpo, and although the year of publication is unknown, he has left illustrations and hand-drawn drawings of two types of mad song books. From the 7th year of Bunsei (1824), it was called Hanabishisai.
