Ichimei

Ichimei (birth and death unknown) is an ukiyo-e artist from the end of the Edo period to the Meiji period.

In the Meiji era at the end of the Tokugawa shogunate, he drew a Rin-style nishiki-e such as the 3rd generation Tsutsumi. One piece of strip-shaped Nishiki-e "Goldfish Figure" is known. According to the "Ukiyo-e Encyclopedia", the artist named Noboruyama has the second generation Katsushika Taito, but it is unknown whether he is the same person.
